Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and how to ask us to see or delete it. Questions? Email help@agentsthatearn.com.
What we collect
Newsletter and membership. When you subscribe or create a free or paid membership, we store your email address, your name if you give it, your newsletter choices, and your membership status. Our site runs on Ghost, which keeps these records and sends our emails. Ghost may also record basic email activity, such as whether a newsletter was delivered or opened, depending on our newsletter settings.
Turnkey consult requests. When you fill in the Turnkey Solutions form, we receive what you type: name, email, business name, company size, what you'd like to automate, timeline, and (optional) website and project budget range. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails it to us and keeps a copy of the submission. We use these details only to reply to your request and prepare your consult.
Purchases. Paid memberships are processed by Stripe. Digital products are sold through Lemon Squeezy. They handle your payment details. We don't see or store your full card number. We receive order details such as your name, email, what you bought, and the amount.
Emails you send us. If you email help@agentsthatearn.com, your message and address are stored in our email service, Zoho Mail.

These services may process data in other countries. Each one explains how in its own policy. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
- Ghost says it doesn't set non-essential cookies by default (Ghost help). If you sign in as a member, Ghost sets session cookies (
ghost-members-ssrandghost-members-ssr.sig) to keep you signed in. - Stripe sets cookies during checkout, such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid, which Stripe lists as essential for fraud prevention (Stripe cookie settings). - Lemon Squeezy checkout pages may set their own cookies (Lemon Squeezy policy).
If we add other tools that set cookies, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
- Members and subscribers: while your account or subscription is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Turnkey requests: as long as we need them to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Emails: until they're no longer needed to help you.
Your requests
To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email help@agentsthatearn.com. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in every email, or manage your membership from your account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
