You'll see these pitched elsewhere. Here's why they aren't on our list: - AI-written reviews or testimonials. The FTC's rule bans fake reviews, AI-generated ones included. - Mass-produced "content farms." Google treats AI pages published at scale without added value as spam. - Scraped cold-email blasts. CAN-SPAM, privacy and data-broker laws apply, and deliverability collapses anyway. - Unsupervised trading or "AI money bots." We don't cover agents that move your money without you. - Reuploaded or lightly remixed videos. YouTube doesn't pay for reused or mass-produced content. - "Done-for-you" AI businesses you buy for thousands. The FTC has shut several down. Build your own instead. - Prompt bundles on Etsy. Etsy prohibits selling them on their own.
